Training – Stalker Training Day

UKDTR also runs days to educate stalkers on the use and abilities of our tracking teams. This can be a power point presentation as part of a stalkers evening or a UKDTR stalkers training day.

The day will cover:

• Best practice on the use of dogs for tracking wounded deer
• How to locate a shot site
• Identify what has been found on the shot site and what follow up actions could be taken
• A number of practical stalking  scenerios  and how a dog could help the stalker
